Postpartum Support Group

Onward Healing Counseling & Wellness and FeminoCentric Physical Therapy & Wellness are excited to partner in offering a monthly drop-in support group for new parents. Led by experienced perinatal mental-health therapists, our groups will allow you to connect with others in their parenting journey, talk about your experiences, and learn about helpful tools and resources. Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, feelings of overwhelm, or postpartum depression/anxiety, our groups are here for you. You deserve the support.
